During the development of one class we provide at the Industrial Design Engineering degree from ‘Universitat Politècnica de València UPV‘, last Tuesday 31st of October, we had the first encounter between the invited company Omelette Editions and our habitat students.
The subject is based on learning the necessary design process to develop a product on the habitat industry. They have to apply, then, their knowledge on a practical case, but without forgetting the necessary theoretical foundations.
Throughout the morning, the students were able to discuss along with Omelette Editions’ team the progress of their habitat projects, in which they have been working since the beginning of the course.
At the end of the semester we will conduct the final presentation of the products, and with them we will be able to verify the evolution of the designs and the adequacy to the briefing proposed at the beginning of the course.
